Tim Ingall joins The People's Market as our latest vendor!

Tim lives in Lansing and creates one of a kind pieces of art from local driftwood. To each individual a different subject can be seen atop or nestled in the nook or cranny of a piece of driftwood. They have each been secured and have a beautiful shinny natural finish to complete each abstract pieces look. You need to see these beautiful pieces of art to appreciate them. New Items By Daisy Lamont Soaps!

There is no way to do the items on the shelf by Daisy Lamont Soaps justice. You really do have to stop and smell the soaps! Yes...there are some new scents on the Daisy Lamont shelf...every heard of Guiness and Honey scented soap? Well don't eat it even though it sounds good enought to eat. Your Dad would love a bar of this tucked in his Father's Day Gift!

Gardeners Blend? Basil Pear? Hawaiian Ginger? Oatmeal Milk and Honey? They are sound great but more importantly SMELL great! Stop by for a whiff!

A new product by Daisy Lamont is the wonderful sugar scrub cubes! You will have to see these new treats to believe them...stop by for a gander!

It's grilling season...how about some "Beer marinades" from Taste on Tap...yes I said BEER Marinades. Chugalug Chicken, Beery Good Beef...and other catchy marindaes that mix up in a zip loc bag with a beer. Each packet makes two meals so it is 1/2 packet of marinade, 1 beer and you add the meat! It doesn't get much easier than that...or moister! Stop in for Dad.

(How about a beer mug of marinades...forget about the tie!)

This beautiful quill art fish is sure to make him smile...hang it right next to his favorite chair!

Shearing Day on the farm!!!!! Call People's Market before stopping by late Sat and Sunday!

This is what happens to the spitters!

It is a big weekend for Angel Tree Farm. We will be shearing both days this weekend from 8 am to 8pm most likely. This means that we will NOT be open on Sunday (May 22nd) and will be open most of the day Saturday May 21st. Sorry for the inconvenience but shearing day takes everyone on the farm and then some! A few vendors have signed up to help out so we will do what we can...give us a call and make sure someone is there if you plan a trip to the Market! (The Farm will be open for people who would like a peek at shearing day on an alpaca farm!)

New item...

I too have seen these door knob coat hangers and thought to myself "one day I am going to make one"...well, I still don't have one... not yet anyway! When they first arrived I was psyched...and I don't expect them to last long at their resonable price. As a matter a fact, they are so affordable I'll probably never make one :-) Have the perfect place for one in your home? Stop in and pick the one that fits your home!

You can find incredible sweets at the counter at the People's Market in Lansing. Stacie creates them herself in a certified kitchen and delivers them fresh on Friday mornings...we know... we are one of her best customers! Of course we may have to put a scale in the back room (we won't make you use it. It will be strickly for us!). Stop in and see what the delivery was this week! (Shhhhh...best sugar cookies ever!)
